It only takes for one bad experience...usually the food is good and service is average at best. Servers need to take classes in hospitality or customer service. My food came out cold and just reheated in the microwave. No problem with management... they were understanding and comped our meals.

Solid diner food. I've never had anything I didn't like here. Good prices and decent service. There is a wait Saturday and Sunday 10 am on but they move quickly.

I crave the breakfast here. the wait-staff is very considerate even when they're backed up. I love bringing visitors here, the portions are filling and the prices are really agreeable.
